Official terms and conditions are displayed during the installation and need to be accepted. We offer three versions of Nanoscope: a Basic version for free, an Academic version and a Professional version for unlimited usage, as described below.

Basic Version
Usage of Nanoscope is free for either of two cases:
Simulations containing only molecules with 40 atoms or fewer
Systems containing only the molecules in the table below, which were used in our Examples and Benchmarks.
Molecules included in Basic Version are listed below and are available in this archive.
Note
Only molecule files that have the correct ordering of atoms work in the basic version. Therefore, use the files provided in the archive.
